I am thrilled that you're here, that means that you are looking to change something within yourself, just like I did when I started my journey. Ever since I was little I knew I wanted to help people in any way that I could. I find myself always searching for ways to meet the needs of others. I believe that this is my calling, and I am so glad I am taking this leap of faith. ​

 

I began my journey just as many of you; feeling helpless, wanting answers and asking myself when I was going to feel like myself again. Since I was a teen I had struggled with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), never had a true cycle, at the time who would complain right? But that only led me to having fertility issues as an adult. Fast forward to Covid, our lives changed, all of ours did really, but we had just had our third child. Nothing sat right for me and I decided that I needed to learn more about a holistic lifestyle for our our health. And that's exactly what I did, I began my holistic nutrition courses. I wanted more answers about what was truly causing me agonizing pain during menstrual cycles, and that led me to a wonderful woman (and her husband), who are great friends and mentors now, and she was able to help me find the root cause of my issues. 

 

​As for my children, well our daughter struggled with stomach issues since she was a little girl, I would say from the time she was four years old until she was 11. After a visit to the ER ending in them telling me that she had the beginning stages of irritable bowel syndrome that was my final straw. I wasn't willing to allow our daughter to suffer with constant bowel pain that led to the constant diarrhea and constipation flip-flop. It was unpredictable, it was frustrating and we couldn't bare watching her grow into her teens with this condition. I decided to take her to my nutritionist that had helped me, and she found her root cause of the bowel issue. And within a year into the protocol that she was put on, she was finally able to lead a life that was pain free.

 

All of the health concerns that I had for myself, our daughter and our two sons lead me to a wonderful group of people whom I am very fortunate to call friends and colleagues. And through the training I have received I am happy to say that I can be the light at the end of the tunnel for you as they were for me. Not all darkness is the end of the road, there is always a small glimpse of light that allows us to see the brighter side of life.

This reminds me that we need to look deep inside, take that dream, and make it our reality. Change is possible, you have to believe in that dream and keep moving forward. We CAN change this world, let's work together to be that positive change!
